So fast launch a new house near to Pentas.

Some think that i not happy is their sales person attitude! WTF, till now still the same. I went there no one come to serve, only a guy from Hong Leong Bank pass me a name card. inp staff busy with their own things. Mayb they think we're come to wasting their time if we ask them. When i ask one of the sales lady, any chance for Pentas to go for gated. She said" Our developer never plan for doing it" With this kind of sales attitude u don't expect can see a friendly smell from their "Fxxxing" face. If not because of the price & size, Hur! "Tunggu aja lah saya mari"

40% sold or 40% booked?
INP has the practice of let the customers book without any deposit, once they get the loan approval, sign snp straightaway.
Can hold for 2 weeks and extend perpetually if the sales is discouraging.
So the "pinned" units might just a booked unit.

I get served better if I go to any government office. And I don't have to spend 800k to get served.

They (SA) just have their pride in them. Maybe they are so proud of InP, never worry their product cannot sell. Attitude aside, I personally do feel that InP build quality is very good, and AI township location and planning is very good.

I faced the same attitude from them, yet I still buy. What to do??

No doubt the quality is good and the house has it's own beauty.

Nothing is perfect in this world. Township, location, quality, concept, price, size, facade, surrounding, G&G or F&G or none, etc ... as long as it's nearer to our dreams, just knock the door and sealed the purchase, hahahaha.

mixed feelings of love and hate in owning I&P property...the % mixed ratio keeps changing in every stage from prospecting, booking, signing, drawdown, handover, maintenance, etc.
