anyone facing problem with the S&P lawyer? they have delayed sending me the stamped S&P document for my loan execution for a month and a half. And i've yet to received the document up till today.

I used bank agent lawyer for loan, no delay for snp doc. what is the reason lawyer give to you?

They keep on promising to send "today" since the weeks before CNY. Do you guys know how long it takes for I&P to execute the transfer? I'm running out of time as the drawdown is due to be on Mid April

I think you should chase them, else you will get penalty for late disbursement. I having this problem due to my SnP & loan lawyer delay and cause the penalty. However I able to proved that is SnP and Loan lawyer fault and they will bear the penalty. Please keep chase them~

My case only left 2 weeks before i kena penalty. I chased everyone. If tak jalan, get the handphone number of the staff's superior and kasi ketuk! I did that.

Bro, urs is Pentas 2 or Pentas 3? Mine is Pentas 2 but I have yet to pay MOT. U are supposed to pay upfront but lawer didn't collect from me.

Pentas 2.... faint seems like every lawyer have their own process . My loan lawyer said I'm supposed to pay the mot upfront to spa lawyer so they can proceed with the adjudication. Wah faint.... haha.

Yeap. Cheras for SnP lawyer but for loan, I engage banks panel lawyer. I got the feeling they miss out my MOT because technically bank cannot release any loan unless MOT is process.

Yes dude. I did that. I was under pressure coz I&P keep calling me to remind me tht they will denda me 1%. Stress gila that time. My banker, bank lawyer all bloody slow

you have to pay the MOT...or else your whole loan koyak...

But loan already disburse yet they didn't come and collect MOT. Maybe I will call the lawyer and confirm.
