based on youtube (of course seems good) kinda like him. nothing fancy. simple touch pass and move.
do seems like he understands his role very much.

Chelsea's newest rumored transfer target is Oscar from Internacional (Brazil). Here's 5 things to know about him:

1) He is one of the best young dribblers in Brazil -- A right-footed player, he stands a respectable 5'9" and isn't afraid to use his pace and technique to get around opponents. His dribbling style is more on the stylish side but remains effective.

2) He favors his right foot -- Unlike players such as Juan Mata who are excellent with both feet, Oscar tends to set up his right foot more for shots. His left foot is decent but certainly nothing to write home about.

3) He isn't the hardest working player -- Oscar often relies on his positioning and instincts to find himself at the right place in the right time. This may be a concern should Oscar move to a bigger league where these pockets of space collapse quickly.

Essien or Meireles should go in my opinion. We have too many young midfielders coming in. When are we getting a proper right back and a forward?

Those young midfielder could all be FLOP !! i hope RDM will not be pressured to field all those new player, else he could end up like AVB. Those deserve starting 11 should be those on form, regardless of age, status, price tag.

ESSIEN and MEIRELES still play good football, even they dont start, they provide a strong backup, the only player i think should go is MALOUDA, he did play a lot minute last season and he offer nothing.
