It seems like we are chasing mostly midfielders/wingers. What about Lucas Piazon?

QUOTE(syazwan @ Jul 17 2012, 04:08 AM) i dunno who is oscar. hmmm..oscar is a attacking midfielder that can drop deep to the defensive midfielder position..good distribution of ball and for what i see..a very2 good long range shooter..hahaha.. based on youtube (of course seems good) kinda like him. nothing fancy. simple touch pass and move. do seems like he understands his role very much. QUOTE Chelsea's newest rumored transfer target is Oscar from Internacional (Brazil). Here's 5 things to know about him: 1) He is one of the best young dribblers in Brazil -- A right-footed player, he stands a respectable 5'9" and isn't afraid to use his pace and technique to get around opponents. His dribbling style is more on the stylish side but remains effective. 2) He favors his right foot -- Unlike players such as Juan Mata who are excellent with both feet, Oscar tends to set up his right foot more for shots. His left foot is decent but certainly nothing to write home about. 3) He isn't the hardest working player -- Oscar often relies on his positioning and instincts to find himself at the right place in the right time. This may be a concern should Oscar move to a bigger league where these pockets of space collapse quickly. 4) His pace is good, but not great -- This won't be as much of a concern if he's playing in the midfield but if he's expected to play as a right-sided player don't expect him to make the runs of elite wingers. 5) His passing for his age is very good -- Oscar has a natural instinct for facilitating the game and getting his teammates involved. For being only 20 years old he has excellent vision on the pitch, although he will likely need to get stronger to fend off physical holding midfielders. In short, Oscar is a prospect many clubs in Europe have their eye on and for good reason. His ability to create space with his dribbling and pick out the open player afterwards is a rare combination many teams around the world would love to have. The best part of the Oscar signing – we’re effectively telling spurs ‘you lot could’ve robbed us off 45 million pounds last season for modric. Now you’re looking to peddle him to madrid at a 15 million pound ‘loss’ from his original value because you tried to prove a point. Good luck with that, and by the way we’re now robbing you off his intended replacement.’
Sincerely, R.A p. s : don’t be surprised if it’s a 20 million pound loss in the end, Madrid has some cunning negotiators! |

Essien or Meireles should go in my opinion. We have too many young midfielders coming in. When are we getting a proper right back and a forward?

Those young midfielder could all be FLOP !! i hope RDM will not be pressured to field all those new player, else he could end up like AVB. Those deserve starting 11 should be those on form, regardless of age, status, price tag.ESSIEN and MEIRELES still play good football, even they dont start, they provide a strong backup, the only player i think should go is MALOUDA, he did play a lot minute last season and he offer nothing. |

QUOTE(GravityFi3ld @ Jul 17 2012, 02:33 PM) yap..so far Malouda linked with Santos and Vasco Da Gama..Meireles with Napoli..if both of the deal go through then the signing of Oscar is important..we are still looking at a striker that capable to play as RW..and a RB..two more signing..and two more departure..then we will ready for the new season..i want EPL back to SB !! and we linked with Cavani..one more question...can Cavani play as RW..?? cuz.. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by Ichighost: Jul 17 2012, 02:05 PM |

if we really sign Oscar and Cavani..then our lineup will be..
1st 11 ---------------Cech-------------- --Iva---Terry----Luiz---Cole---- ------Mikel----- Lampard-------- Cavani-------Mata-------Hazard- ---------------Torres-------------- 2nd 11 ---------------Turnbull---------------- --Hutch--Cahill--Iva---Bertrand---- -------Ramires----- Miereles---------- Marin-------Oscar----KD Bruyne--- --------------Sturridge--------------- still there is no place for the Lukaku and McEachran..or I miss anyone important..?? that list only players by position..not considering the versatility of players that can swoop places...so the team depth is good..
