Is it worth to buy a double storey hse for RM600K? RM2,400 to pay for 30-35 years. If BLR increase? The club and other facilities no need to pay monthly fees? No maintenance fees? Add together with basic elec, water bill one month min to pay just for the house is around RM3,000. worth?

If now 30 yrs old, need to pay until 60-65 yrs just for one house? After finish loan, total amount will be around RM1.2 million. How to sell?

I rather purchase a shop and gain rental fees.

Same question will be is it worth to pay RM600K for a condominium? pay management fees and sinking fund every month?

Not every shop can help you gain rental tongue.gif; either good rental or straightly NIL.

I also like Anggun 3 and may want to get it too if the price is right and really loves the 3 storey Semi D...can't wait to see the actual thing once its launch...but at the same time, I can't wait for my Semi D to be complete at Regency Parc rclxm9.gif

I sometimes wonder how come there is nothing on Regency parc?? sweat.gif hope that its not a worry at all... rclxub.gif

This part of Rawang goes so hot lately with multi high end developments.

Even big giants like MS, Tan & Tan, Glomac, BRDB, Sunway Group etc also here.

Can't really find landed, G&G properties in KL anymore w/o the prices being rocket high!

So Rawang is the place to be now? Since so many big players are developing the area.

I think I'm gonna drag a few of my friends to the launching n c for myself biggrin.gif

The concept is nice but not sure the developer can deliver the quality output or not
