Ya, everyone the launching of Lake Club Park Home is fall on 2nd December starting from 10am to 6pm at sale gallery.

Venue : No 3, Jalan Bayu Permai 5,
Taman Bayu Permai,
48000, Rawang.

It just opposite Jaya Jusco Rawang.

I heard they are launching for 2.5 storey and there will be some units of 2sty to be reopen again only on the launching day. 10k as booking.

they still have four double storey open for sale, due to rejected loan.

They dont have show unit at this moment, will build during phase two. I only view the model that they have in the sales gallery. But it quite nice also.

they upsidedown the living room to the back, but it is nice because you can enjoy the back garden all the time smile.gif

Ya this is the one I am talking about. They use alot of space for landscaping. It should be very greeny in the future.
