They dont have show unit at this moment, will build during phase two. I only view the model that they have in the sales gallery. But it quite nice also.

I managed to grab one unit 2 storey - the landscape concept is fantastic and it will complete in 2 years time.

they upsidedown the living room to the back, but it is nice because you can enjoy the back garden all the time smile.gif

You will never know until 2014 Dec thumbup.gif , we can complaint to housing ministry for misconduct vmad.gif if is not the same as advertised

Just pass by the road infront of the lakeclub park home. They enlarge the road and make a panel there. Look classy.

Hi all, I had stumble that the bedroom and all upper floors flooring materials was vinyl tiles!?.. Vinyl tiles covers mostly a bigger area? Any comments on this folks?

Hmm, a bit tough to compare as the concept, exact location and price is a rival to each other.

If Lakeclub have to compare, I think it should be direct to the class and category of Emerald Gardens due to both premium linked house with expensive price tag.
