I have previously encountered the same experience with CIMB card. To be cautious, I reported the incident to CIMB and managed to get their attention to lodge an investigation. Our personal information + financial info leaks can be a serious offence, which the bank should know and take precaution against it.

I would recommend you to do the same.

I had the same experience. Applied together with my sister, hers was approved on the spot while mine pending approval.

However, the card was not given on the spot there and then. We both received the card about a week later.

Call up CS to check on the cashback for Paypal.
Their system is not entirely perfect for not giving cashback on those categories that are supposed to.

Happened to me with Dining category also. But after complaint, they credited the cashback.
