Did you mean OTP code? Please kindly note, you will need to register your mobile number with the issuing bank of your credit card as with each online transaction in our website, you will need to request for a “One Time Pin” from your bank which will be sent to your mobile. This is mainly for security purpose and this has to be entered within 3 attempts or within a certain time frame. If you key in the wrong password or failed to key in within the time frame given, your transaction will fail with an error message [INVALID 3D PASSWORD].
If u didn’t receive an OTP or MSOS code, please check with your bank on the mobile number registered in order for you to receive the one time pin.

Last 2 days I sent the enquiry email to them about the TGV cash back, and below is their CS replied. The CS did't tell me the reason why purchasing ticket via TGV online recorded as Mobile88 instead of TGV and hence failed to entitle for the cash back. That is their issue and not consumer issue!!

Update. They rebate the RM3 into my cc balance for this month after I sent an email of proof of purchase. I dont think its a global fix. Just per case...

Agent at mach tell me that there are no rules for below 36k annual income to have max 2 different bank credit cards. Is this true ? Cox i am having two different bank cards now income is 30k per annum . They say i can apply for it cox bank will see my behaviour of payment not the annual income

went to mach by HLB at paradigm mall and applied for the credit card. Mainly because they offer 20% off for music show @ The Bee. anyway, hope it can impress me if the cc approved.
Here's some question if you dont mind to answer them.
About the Cinema cash back, Shall I go to the counter pay via card or can online/app purchasing it or both ways work?
Is the dream jar thingy worth a try for short term purpose?
