i am finding card for hotels payment...i dun care those complicated category ..haha jus wan a card can help me pay 1st...is this card ok? and approval how fast ?

Agent at mach tell me that there are no rules for below 36k annual income to have max 2 different bank credit cards. Is this true ? Cox i am having two different bank cards now income is 30k per annum . They say i can apply for it cox bank will see my behaviour of payment not the annual income
