Yea, but it seems impossible to reopen, at the moment existing users will enjoy the card while it last.

Last year I changed category via HL connect was no charge. Call HLB if you do not have HL online

I called and asked the card centre. Newly added category will take effect within 24 hours. However, they payment for each category will be charge into the statement in the next quarter. Once added the category, RM 5 will be charged in the next quarter bill although you use the category for one time per se or just a few weeks.

Not aware of any at the moment. Perhaps you should look at other bank's cc. Quantum from PBB is quite good.

Need to know the condition (+ others) for AF waiver, is it yearly 12 swipes OR once/month?

At least 12 swipes a year to waive the annual fee.
