Damn. Where should I stay? Booked my flight tickets last year. 70% of my instinct say carry on with Bangkok trip while 30% ask me to stay home.
Any recommendation on which location should I book my hotel considering the current situation now? |

Hey guys! Bought my flight to Bangkok for RM171 return during the promo period last month..quite lucky to get cheap flight.. Traveling in Oct, i reckon it should be safe at that time? Any advise?
I'm planning to book Pratunam Pavilion Hotel, has anyone stayed here before? Any comments? I will be traveling with my sister, both girls..will this hotel area be safe for us to walk back and forth esp after dark? |

No one can can't foresee what will happen tomorrow let alone predict the situation in October, that's 5 months away, anything can happen. I'm planning to book Pratunam Pavilion Hotel, has anyone stayed here before? Any comments? I will be traveling with my sister, both girls..will this hotel area be safe for us to walk back and forth esp after dark? Pavilion Pratunam seems not bad, outside looks nice and new. I only happened to passed by while walking the night market there. You may face difficulty finding it as it was located in a small alley, better print a map for taxi driver. For sure it will be charged ... and it depends on what bank ure using in Malaysia .. some might not let you take also ... personally I use PBB ... I need to activate overseas usage in ATM @ Malaysia first before they let me withdraw anything overseas ...thanks alot. Curreny in bangkok^^ Per transaction PBB charge RM15 (i think .. I cant really remember exactly) ... and Thai banks will charge you as well ... I think either 100 or 200 baht .. again I forgot ... but yea you're gonna pay around RM 20 to 50 extra just for withdrawing money overseas |
