Can consider these:
14"
Asus
[Ultrabook]K46CM-WX090V, i5-3317U + Nvidia GT635M@RM2099[2kg], 2GB, 500GB, 4-cell battery, W7HP, OD
[Ultrabook]S46CM-WX023V, i5-3317U + Nvidia GT635M + 24GB mSATA + 500GB HDD@RM2599[2kg], 4GB, W7HP

Dell
[Ultrabook]Inspiron 14z, i3-3217U + Intel HD3000@RM1799[1.87kg], 4GB, 500GB(5400rpm), W7HB, *no VGA port, OD
[Ultrabook]Inspiron 14z, i3-3217U + AMD HD7570M + 32GB mSATA + 500GB(5400rpm)@RM2099[1.87kg], 4GB, W7HB, *no VGA port, OD
[Ultrabook]Inspiron 14z, i5-3317U + AMD HD7570M + 32GB SSD + 500GB(5400rpm)@RM2599[1.87kg], 4GB, 500GB(5400rpm) *no VGA port, OD

hmm.gif seems the k46cm has good specs but seems the dissapointment is the 4 cell battery, RAM can be upgraded right ?

hmm.. does ultrabook can remove hdd and replace SSD(i want to replace to SSD in the future) ? if cant then i narrow down to 14/15 SE by dell since my budget is now 2.2k.

i would like to play HD movies without any lag and also battery life.

15' considered bulky ? hmm.

If you wanna maximize performance for your budget, then these:
14"
Lenovo , 2 years international warranty
Y480(5934-7549), i7-3630QM + Nvidia GT650M (GDDR5) @RM2599 [JBL], 4GB, 500GB(5400rpm), backlit keyboard, freeDOS, 2 yrs warranty, P950 headset
Y480(5934-1372), i7-3610QM + Nvidia GT650(GDDR5)@RM2699[JBL], 4GB, 500GB(5400rpm), backlit keyboard, W7HB

If you wanna use your budget for both performance (relatively weaker than the ones above) and warranty coverage, then these:
14"
Dell Inspiron 14R (Special Edition), i5-3210M + Nvidia GT640M(28nm Kepler)@RM2049[2.38kg], 4GB, 500GB(7200rpm); backlit keyboard optional *price promotion until 27/09/2012
Lenovo Z480, i5-3210M + Nvidia GT640M@RM2299, 4GB, 1TB(5400rpm) W7HB, colors: grey/red/blue

15.6"
Dell Inspiron 15R (Special Edition), i5-3210M + AMD HD7730M@RM2199, 4GB, 1TB(5400rpm); backlit keyboard optional

Use the remaining budget to extend warranty to 3 years + on-site nod.gif

There will be difference in program load times because of the difference in HDD speed, but other than that, performance should be similar...

Imho the more expensive version is not worth it unless if you want to watch Bluray movies using Bluray discs laugh.gif
You could easily get the cheaper version, with enough budget to extend warranty to 3 years onsite and also upgrading the RAM or HDD nod.gif
