No models at that price range with i7 processor at the moment, only i5 unfortunately

i see. cause i'm more concern about the heat dissipation. so rather have a better cooling system rather than getting a better processor

1. Brand - any brand will do as long the suggested model has no issue.

2. Budget - less than RM2000

3. Usage - outdoor surfing for at least 5hours. Sometimes running a software on the background that used a minimum 1.5gb ram resource.

4. Preffered screen size - 13.3inch n smaller. Must be light weight.

5. CPU - minimum core i3

Depends on your usage

College use, watching movie, very light gaming. I plan to use it for at least 4 years and above..

"college use" is too general...
An engineering student will use different programs compared to those of science students etc.
Some require more CPU power, whereas some barely uses it

Math major. I am not sure what program I will use though.. Still new lol.

hi there. I am looking for a laptop for my sister. She's still a student, doing matriculation actually.

Preferred brands : anything really, as long as it has a good rep (including after sales service)
Budget : around rm1000 - rm1500 +-
Usage : mostly educational stuffs i guess, tho i can't seem to have a clear idea of why she needs a laptop when she is still in matriculation, but because she needs it for a subject called Science Comm.
Preferred laptop size : 13" - 14"

p/s : is there any laptop within that price range that loads a 4GB RAM?
