Wow. Some much support for LM6700. I did not think highly of LG and been supporter of Sony, Pana, Samsung and Toshiba. Will now include LG.

For LM6700, how does the PQ of Astro SD compared to other makes? IMO, Toshiba & one Phillips model appears to have better PQ compared to others, even high-end Samsung.

Owners of LM6700, we love to hear from you.

Same here..wasn't into LG until my bro in law & my dads Lg LCD TV showing real unexpected good PQ. While I was still with Samsung & Pana. I wasn't yet convince until this LM series 3D. I bought this TV for its impressive 3D but was even glad that it produce top notch HD & SD pics. Now watching everything in this TV LM6700 is like distressing oneself. What a Beauty.....what an arts, what a creation.
BTW ...Everthing is Korean nowadays, brand, music, movies, drama, beauty, automobiles, scenic , phones etc. even ladies. Guess, where did Japan brands source it's LED? Who will launch 1st OLED TV?

Anyway, everyone has its own brand favorite, u can't compare one another. Just immerse yourself. All brands has its own disadvantages. Just don't expect 100%.

Is Astro SD channel (WahLaiToi etc) better than Samsung or Sony?

What are your source of 3-D materials? You play from bluray? Or download and play via media player?

Done Google, but nothing on about local sets. LG pdf files has no detail specs.
Only a test on actual local set can we confirm this digital tuner is included...

Dear fellow ferns. Announcements that all electrical has drop it's price significantly by Oct. just got to know price for 42 LM6200 is now only RM2500. Worst drastic drop is LM7600 model which is price not far away from LM6700. If I'm not mistaken 47LM6700 is not RM4100. Other brands also drop price. Just to share with I guys yeah...

Does anyone came across or own a LG 55LM6410 here?
It's an exclusive model carried by Senheng/SenQ only.

They having a promotion price at RM6,399....good deal? no?
No info on Malaysia LG Site.
From what I know, it's a higher model compared to LM6200 and come real close to LM6700.
MCI400, Built-In Wifi and Cinema Screen Design....
But it's alot cheaper than LM6700....

Any opinions on this?? Thanks

It's the fact that anything sold by SenQ is bloody expensive. You'll be surprise if the price for LGLM6700 way cheaper than the LM6410 at some of the smaller electrical appliances outlet.

Anybody else faced the same issue?
