Wow what's wrong with Mutiaraville to fetch such low price? bad management? "foreign tenant"?
So far that I read in this thread, seems good for own stay.

Update for unit E-16-08.
Sold at 368k. 2 bidders fight it out. Starting from reserve price of 328k.
Something wrong somewhere. As you can see above that this is the most expensive transacted unit in lelong here.

If,if just if it is a left unit, then it welcome sunset.
If and only if a left unit facing west, then the tower location is next critical. For inner tower, it faces adjacent tower. But for outer left towers, if faces yinda woter konsertium.

oh my why has the price dropped so much? i remember few years back when it was newly launched my friend grabbed a 900+ sqf unit at 450k ohmy.gif

These are lelong prices la. Too many buyers hoping to cash in on MMU and Nursing School's tenants. end up fighting with other developments for the same pie. Some cannot "tahan long" die a natural death lor.
