Units now sold only at below 300k in the lelong market. Not just 1 or 2 units. Handful of units in lelong.
Anyone still saying property price sure confirm increase one, just show this example.

Off-hand I would much prefer this townhouse of 1912sq ft land area (24x80 ?) -build up should be 2-3X that od the mutiarra villa's 1000sqft buildup. Askarperang, what U think ? Anyway, why this auction price of this town house so dirt cheap ? Haunted house ?

The design and the layout of the townhouse is a bit odd.

Plus the materials (from pictures) seems to be not justified with the market price of RM400k.
