VP since 2016. already 1 year plus.
currently got another 2 active units in the auction market. but bigger size. 1000 sqft and 1180 sqft. still high price but slowly dropping.

that's why I asked in the previous page whether GRR is applicable to all units or optional package? or this is another case like The Arc? developer stop paying the GRR rent?

As for the record, here is the last sold bigger size unit in auction.

Actually if you work out the maths the initial auction price is only 425,000.

504,000 is just lelongtips trying to make it more attractive to buyers.

Developer previously said its ready by tis year for Tower G, but now delayed for 1 year !! Any idea to sue them up?

Why sue them now? the SPA stipulated the duration for construction, if deliver later than that they pay the interest for late delivery. Just wait till it's ready and claim LAD.

You can only claim late delivery interest once exceed 36 months from your SPA date.

Developer/agent always give empty promise just to sell out the unit. They will say fast hand over verbally only.

im joke abt sue them.

they shouldnt in their printed materials stated its complete by this year .. no LAD as not exceed by 36mths.

Hi newbieinlowyat. I am an owner in Tower G as well. May I know where you heard the news of Tower G to be delivered by end of 2018? I called Seri Mutiara a month ago and they answered "it will be completed by end of this year or early of 2018".

early of the year & mid of the year call they say this year end handover .. months ago call they started to say nex year
