Why sue them now? the SPA stipulated the duration for construction, if deliver later than that they pay the interest for late delivery. Just wait till it's ready and claim LAD.

You can only claim late delivery interest once exceed 36 months from your SPA date. Developer/agent always give empty promise just to sell out the unit. They will say fast hand over verbally only.

they shouldnt in their printed materials stated its complete by this year .. no LAD as not exceed by 36mths.
