Wow nice...thanks for sharing the plan, any idea how many parking lot is there? How about the other MRT station nearby? Do they have park plot as well?

Google map says 3.2KM away, 8 mins. Not too close, not too far.

SDB advertising WOTP aggressively, bantings and billboard everywhere in Cheras and there's billboards at Loke Yew highway. This is spotted along the way to Mid Valley.

Things they talked about today was things you can find out on their website. I did asked the MRT a little bit more specific. There's a few things I found out:
-There will be 200-250 parking spot at BTHO station. There will be parking fare of that.
-SDB guy told me the bus will turn into WOTP, but the MTR guy says nothing is being confirmed yet. There will be fare for the bus.
-We can reach KL Sentral from BTHO station in less than 30mins.

Block A - 3A & 8 units (1680sqft) most of it has been sold out, only left 2-3 unit each types.
Those bigger units still available most of it, about 30% sold.
Only 3A penthouse is sold.

Block C - About 60% sold.

Block B will only start selling early next year.

Good to hear about that. Thanks for sharing. Build and sell as in fully furnished? I heard that they are offering more things for Block B as in built in furnitures. Any idea when they are launching it? They seems busy with SS2 The Hub right now.
