Heard block B will not launch until all built up. Block A 1680sqft all sold out but there's always some units to let go..

First payment will be on sept instead of march, anyone to confirm on this?

This is SDB quality development, so price will be higher as well as its value in the future. There's no other prominent developer around that area, it definitely stand out.

Rm430psf is good price as long as its not facing the shit hole.. Think they hard selling block C, as it has a little disadvantages..

Bigger units are hard to sell but overall still sell much better than Altitude236. Think Cheras families can't accept large space condo concept which Sdb well known for, most will still goes with landed property although trend is going towards quality high rise buildings.

You're probably right, just that the building still in early construction stage, so we all can't be sure, I do hope so it would be a Ferrari.

Heard Casa Green selling pretty fast. They already started the second block..
Although I still think WOTP is a much better place to stay but not the best investment choice for high rise in that area. More new condos coming up along balakong area.. still none are as good as WOTP but it somehow will affect its value. Just sharing my thoughts.

So she mentioned that SDB offers extended DLP 36 months right, how unique is that, does other developers offer the same thing too? That works like warranty correct?
And she said that they are working on measuring clean air index around the development area.

All offer about the same rate, -2.4 or better -2.45.

Good luck bro. Yeah its a little out of town but if its in the center, don't think they can offer same concept. The surrounding has potential.
