I think they made a great choice...WOTP has it all...lush greenery combined with resort-like atmosphere is a delight to retirees. Facilities are marvelous...an enormous lap pool. a swanky gym macam on hill side, 3 separate parks, 800 metres jogging path, a big lawn, 2 indoor badminton courts, artistic landscape...plus a few sustainable benefits that comes with this development will make a pleasant stay for the residents.

Call SDB customer service, they should be able to assist and give you a more reliable info.

Wow...just look how nice the linear layout design is with full stretch balcony...though yet to be completed...they already look majestic ...the balcony comes with 25ft,30ft and 33ft wide balcony, depending on unit size.

Thanks Hellokor, this map look like there is good growth potential in the area. More schools, hopefully there is going to be one internatinal school nearby, more accessibility and the mix development for residential and commercial will make BTHO a more self sufficient township that will offer better living environment for residents. The big plot of land for the future mix development is exciting, if is done properly, it can really boost the growth of the area, both economically and socially. So, investors in the area can expect higher appreciation of their properties?

Is certainly very impressive...they were working on the 7th floor Blk A in May this year, and 4 mths later is on the 18th floor, with this pace and no sign of slowing down they may even deliver ahead of schedule.

not sure abt button free lift, but I am more interested in whether there is dedicated lift for each unit that the SDB manager mentioned in this astro awani interview...it was not mentioned to me by the SA

The annual report is for financial year end March 2014, now September...the sale figure could be higher. I remember someone posted in June the sales chart showed 82% sold. Anyone can confirm?

I think there are many ideas of how a balcony railing should be...depending on the concept of the development, it can be modern or a classic style of railing....for WOTP with nature and greenery concept, I personally think a metal railing is more suited.

The other thing which may of interest for discussion is whether WOTP should have LED lighting for the common area , including car park areas...there are many benefits ...saving from electricity cost, eco friendly, durable etc...

I don't think WOTP go for a GBI certification, instead SDB engaged a Singapore consultant to provide an objective view of how sustainable is WOTP as a green development....want more detail, you can read on...

A friend, who is a committee of a JMB of a condo that had decided to changed all lighting in the common area into LED, told me that they have managed to save substantial amount in term of energy billing...and some of the savings are use for organising activities for the benefit of residents.

Thanks Hello kor for the update...this is better than I thought...already pass the halfway mark...is like Usain Bolt speed, WOTP is going to be a strong finisher.

At this speed, I don't think there is any problem for SDB to deliver all the 3 blocks A,B,C together...Block B only 17 storey...not very high.

I guess is acceptable if need to slow down a bit to do a good job and deliver a quality product at the finish line, and what we don't want is a job done haphazardly just to finish in time....for example like this runner...

I think they just want to build in a margin of safety by stating a six mths gap between block A, C and block B....but I have a gut feeling that all will be delivered at the same time. If SDB can deliver earlier than the stated timeline for block B, then they will gain a lot of respect from block B owners.
