CNY event at wotp and sqwhere 

I've received a call from OCBC informing me that SDB has not release payment to them. Wondering why they informing me? The bank expecting me to chase for them for the payment?

Er..no. Not the bank, its SDB.. The call is from Bank chasing for the interest payment which SDB supposed to pay cover under the DIBS they offer.

Just talked to Sukie the SA. She said payment already settled earlier but banks probably have not notified. So no worries...
Was passing by the other day, progress seem slow..construction still at ground and maybe 1st floor. SDB site no update as well on the progress since June 2013..

ish... why reserve? built and sell for those floor?
tot big family bought whole floor and make whole floor become their private lobby area? kakaka.

maybe block b got better big garden beside and landscape view.

Any drop off for small unit ?

Did they just recently told you they can deliver by Oct 2015? If so at least they mentioned a specific month.. I got a feeling its gonna be early 2016..

condo master planing wise this is the best of the best among all sdb condo project.
only location just less appealing compare to other.

location wotp is a little less appeal at the moment compare to other sdb projects.

i sibeh hope it can booming in 2 years time. but from the pace i observe around there... just my opinion.. i think it need minimum 4 years from now. hope it sibeh ong ar huang ar....!!!

brdb senja.. i sibeh 200% confident of their development. any place they touch can become gold and diamond.
the planning is superb.... very british/europe style living and layout. living room locate at the back of the house. sibeh nice.

brdb senja very generous at the common area. the pedestrian walk path size is very very good and wide. none of the other developer project can give so big size on pedestrian walk macam senja. not even jadehill and not many famous township project can compete them. seriously another level of luxury.

true... the mines areas will transform in a very fast paces don't even need to wait mrt2 to complete.

I find the site is very good, a good location with natural contours...like in a valley..very auspicious where the land is undulating with gentle slope and hills on the left, slightly more elevated than the building site...great feng shui!

Anyone knows if there is or there will be a similar condo project comparable to this WOTP?
