went to sales office last week, looks like block A is about 95% sold and block B with 70% sold. The block A progress at site is at 4-5 floor height...

Frankly, I think the Wotp delay is not cause by al-ambia. It was cause by the piling company I believe. The progress are pretty fast nowadays.

I remember SDB promised the trees will be planted somewhere before move to wotp , so that we could get mature trees upon vp. Perhaps this is the improvement they are doing from the five stones experience. At the end, I guess there will mixtures...

i think sdb is applying resorts / hotel style of landscaping into their development...all are nicely design landscaping with proper lightings...
