if given choice, face the swimming pool better. You can see the water + greens at the same time. Type 1 block A (facing swimming pool) vs Type 1 block B facing garden, the price is almost 100k different (facing pool is more expensive). According to SA, this is due to the block b park view will have unpleasant view (balakong light industrial view)....

The price like increase quite a bit hor?? Last time its only around 1 mil before before discount, after 10% discount is 900k, with dibs and furniture lo.. DIBS and furniture is easily worth around 100k (DIBS~60k , furniture 40k). Add this up, the new price is actuallly around 1.01mil to 1.04 mil nett price. An increase of 140k...

Yes, this is what SA told me...cause I ask him as well why facing the biggest park is cheaper compare to face pool. Answer given was, the light industrial view. But since your level is quite low, it should be fine. If i were you, I take B-6-2, u get nice view of pool and central park. Even A5-3 also fine but ur view might get block by the clubhouse and function hall. Harder for u to see pool haha...

oh, that block A unit 3...yeah its facing guard house. Not much view le..some more u see cars go in and out....less preferable. grab the pool view lo, safest and beautiful haha... but of course comes with price premium. SA told u they just sold 30 units in 1 go?? kam geng??

This is confirm one. I ask the price before decide what size to buy. Earlier price was like this:
1) Type 1 - average 860k
2) Type 2 - average 1mil
3) Type 3 - average 1.2 mil

All the price is before 10% discount and comes with full package such as dibs and furniture....

I heard earlier they give 16-18% without furniture package, but its only for low floor unit 1-5th floor...The unit u looking to buy is how much now after 10% discount??

I think the 5m entrance is refer to main gate entrance. 5m is quite high, probally provision for the feeder bus that ferry us to the mrt station haha.. biggrin.gif

Not all units got such offer according to SA. Only those low floor 1-5th floor. The rest are follow standard offer which is discount 10% if it mistaken..,

U can't expect the price now is the same as during launching which is 2 years ago. If you believe Wotp is good and sustainable development, u can still buy whether for investment or own stay. In longer term, it will still appreciate, it's just tat not tat profitable compare to early buyer...
