the palas condo just 20th floor, 3 towers is 25 floor.

Regardless how many floors, a soho sandwich between dead building and super high tension tower will be a no no to me. I believe most of the buyer will think like me, that is why it had been selling, on roadshow for years now and allow to jack the price for snp to get more loan for downpayment. A decent project no need to do so many things...

bought a unit there, due the to developer reputation and HTC, and that's why the price come down a little bit lower than M city and elements.

m city very good, why dont choose m city? fully furnish, free all thing some more,RM 1500 per sqt? mah sing group got no bad comment?

Every developer 100% got atleast ONE bad comment, that's unavoidable. However, many would judge based on one simple bad comment while other developers has Tons of it.

There are developers whom give bad hand-ver conditions, yet there are people kept buying over and over from them, Why? They love to be "In the hole" of getting the bad experience.

What I would suggest/advise are:
Research the Property market, location, price comparison.
Check and Re-check your financial affordability.
Invest wisely.

We still have various bigger size units at T3.
Size from 861 sf up to 2,023 sq ft.
