Buyers who bought into this project 3 years ago have to pay GST but buyers who go in now will have their GST absorbed.

The package offered back then is not very different from the package offered now. Buyers then thought they had a great deal but it seems buyers now also get the same deal.

I know. I am one of the buyers 3 years ago.

No eye see the delivered product on VP.

Dergahayu...again. Should have learned the lessons from Gardenville and Radius...

Ahlord has started selling this leftover project from horrible developer. If one reas through this thread u can see how it moved from 600psf to 1kpsf and back to 600psf.

He has stooped down to dergahayu level.

This one if really cheap and they finish building it then should be a good buy. Less than 600psf is good.

3 Towers is one of worst location in Jalan Ampang with the HTC literally 20m away.

Being office maybe the HTC has not much of concern versus the residential usage like Enesta Kepong, Paraiso and Havre Bukit Jalil.
