3 TOWERS @ Kuala Lumpur - A Remarkable design concept that synerqises the 3 elements of Wind, Water & Sun, featuring a biophiliac & environmental friendly building with energy saving that harness from sunlight, wind & rain.



Both Internal & External facade of the building adopt the Green Building Index (GBI) standard as the yardstick in facilitating a congenial work environment that maximizes the use of natural daylight & a breezier environment.

The 'Living' Wall - a green lined boulevard marks the entire stretch of ground floor & drop-off points connecting between towers.

Vertical Landscaping - Walk-through Lighting Effect that changes throughout day & night

Eco-Driven theme - Interior space layout capitalizes on locating work areas near facade openings to maximize the use of day lighting



With the additional multiple high speed lifts & being a potential candidate for a MSC-status building, this green design features are targeted to meet the future expectations.

Not sure if still got unit.
