Every developer 100% got atleast ONE bad comment, that's unavoidable. However, many would judge based on one simple bad comment while other developers has Tons of it.

There are developers whom give bad hand-ver conditions, yet there are people kept buying over and over from them, Why? They love to be "In the hole" of getting the bad experience.

What I would suggest/advise are:
Research the Property market, location, price comparison.
Check and Re-check your financial affordability.
Invest wisely.
