Booking fee 15k non refundable eventhough loan rejected. Launching October so signing of SPA should be in October.

adrian0229 - i am not trying to sound critical, but 15k full refund is not true.
Whichever agent that told you so, is giving wrong info. Kindly double check if you have bought units, on 17th floor. Thanks. i have sold at least 4 levels. Booking non refundable.
