Connaught Avenue (3rooms + 2 bathrooms) = RM360K
Montena (1 room + 1 bathroom) = RM320K+

Is it reasonable to take Montena since 3 rooms type is more convenient for those who have families?I really have a doubt here.
Montena is quite seductive but I"m really in dilemma.

so simple, one is freehold one is leasehold. one is ready unit one is going to start.

Anither thing u need to concern is connaught avenue can stay in but montena cannot as its mainly for office use only, not under HDA...

If cannot stay why the floor plan have bedroom.

u go & ask the SA can stay or not, if they said can then u ask them under HDA ar?
All the properties not under HDA cannot stay 1...

Montena for residential play..the sovo categorization is developer way to avoid 70% cap..as targeted buyer is investor..

Yesterday was awfully full house at the sales gallery (I passed by the unit) and yet today is only the official launch of Montena.
I guess there will be nothing is left today...

Actually I quite like the corner unit in the first photo in the first page which is facing the pool/east. Too bad, I don't know the location much.

Would like to know the price for this .

As maybe no time to go. as need to go for other launching.

Got discount. free this and that.small unit . Ulu place with 500psf. Min downoayment . i think most sure is not for own stay la.

500psf is before discount? Nett psf is how much?
