looking at lot of development toward southern corridor of bukit bintang is the PUDU /CHERAS area...with lot of mega project...
it is no longer playground for only cheras ppl....probably need to redefine the Cheras which should shift furhter to at least Batu 12 Jalan Cheras towards Kajang direction...thouse area before the batu 12..is more like KL kind of identity...

beside the MRT / TRX/IKEA at Pudu/maluri..another big develepment at PUDU is the bukit bintang trade center at PUDU jail area...and 100 level PNB building...
where is the nearest area can we invest to benefit from this two icon development ?

To all the property sifu, I plan to get a service apartment in either D'sara Sentral (by Mah Sing) or this Eco Business Park. Which one do you think has better rental yield? icon_question.gif

If both same price psf, this project should have better rental yield given its more mature surrounding and the distance to KL city...

Confirmed start from RM680 psf, last time quoted RM600 psf only?

Understand smallest unit is about 600 sq ft so would be RM400k entry price

1800 unit in 2 SOHO towers and 2 serviced apartment tower, that's 450 unit per tower, yes, very high density and should be mostly small size units
