Hi there, some update. Estimated number of units for service apartment is 1.8k, estimated price is about MYR680 psf

To all the property sifu, I plan to get a service apartment in either D'sara Sentral (by Mah Sing) or this Eco Business Park. Which one do you think has better rental yield?
