if they launched at 700sqft..probably already factor in MRT....
do you think still can have any meat left over ? ie any upcoming project which yet to announce ?

for sure mrt is their selling point but not for me cos i have car.
strategic location to "leisure mall" and "tesco"

i only can think this 2 will be their super selling point.

u can refer the you city as they jus hav mrt in front the condo. end up rm700psf !!!!

Currently alot of CONDO booming along Jalan Cheras Area...if without concrete planned development besides those already announced..
really risky to buy...
imagine if 700persqft with 800sqft space..is abt 560k...need to rent 2k permth only can have good yield...
for capital appreciation...over suplly is a concern if without major development..

this project doesnt has any unique point besides the location.
is cheras ppl ready to digest 700psf property after 3yrs ?

Besides Leisure Mall & Tesco, the Cheras Ikano & IKEA development also nearby, I think hmm.gif
