hey guys. i'm very interested to this little monster.

but to be frank,
I'm a full-time iOS users but there is something that iOS cannot fulfill my needs --- I wish I can check out my schedule, calender, timetables n etc right after i unlock my machines and i know android can totally complete my needs for this. Correct me if i'm not!

Here is my concerns,
I always use app like awesome notes in iOS so I can always keep track to my works, my thought, n budgets. Is there any equivalent or mayb better organizer software in andoird?

furthermore,
I also always use my iOS device to read PDF, casual edit microsoft words/excell/ppt. Is there any software for this?

I dont mind paying for the software as long as it is stable and didnt give me too much hang/lag for this. (i'm fine with occasionally hang, coz nth is perfect)

two last questions,
is the machine smooth with jelly bean?
7inch tablet, is it suits/comfort/better for reading newspapers, magazines or novels?

thanks to all the sifu. Cheers.

FYI, you can even view your agendas upon turning on your device without unlocking ie. on lock screen itself. So yes, all u need is some widget or apps

1- a lot of widget can do that, but iOS can do that also, provided you jailbreak your machine.
2- The newly facelifted Adobe Reader pretty damn great for pdf reading. For editing, Quickoffice is your answer.
3- The iOS is developed based on its specific hardware, and like iOS, Jelly Bean is developed based on Nexus 7, so the Jelly Bean stability and smoothness on Nexus 7 are already at it's max.
4- The size is subjective. Some poeple like it, some people don't. Why don't you have a look at Glaxy Tab 2 7.0, I f you confortable with it, then go for GNex7.

1- it wont shows as clear as android do. I jailbreak my iOS device countless of time. and i feels kinda lazy to jailbreak every each time i upgrade my iOS device.

2- thanks for intro. I went to youtube to see the review of quickoffice pro. it was amazing.

3- u got the point. my frens too, told me that nexus can always get the earliest update among all the android devices.

4- I went to an electronic store and tried out TOSHIBA 7" tablet and open the toshiba manual in PDF files. the font seems alright. it is readable in my-self-assigned appropriate distance.

Additions:
The price is surprisingly cheap. I guess I will put an order for that in 16GB. It came with 25$ google play gift card and a Transformer game. I maybe can spend the 25$ on some apps.

one more question,
is there any apps in android like "Bamboo Paper: Notebook for iPad"?

it works like a notepad and you can set it as a few archive, like a notebook. it is write by stylus, not typing. it is very useful when i wan to record down something quick.

especially when I want to record down those important issues when I had meeting with those professor in University. They speak darn quick. damn it.

Hi,

I am having second thought on giving the preordered Nexus 7 16GB to my son, It should arrive soon from HopShopGo BuyFoMe services. So would anyone be interest to take this off me when it arrive. No markup just the cost of hopshopgo charges.

I already have New Ipad 3 and giving the Nexus 7 to my son during his A Level may be distraction.

So. Without phone-calling capabilities, we get tax rebate, kan? Kan?

Stand-alone Garmin GPS devices already costs RM500 (more for the multimedia versions), might just get Nexus 7. Damn worth it.
