ya, totally agree. dued to lack of competition, me in Tanjong Malim also has to pay more than KL for virtually everything.

Ya lor. Not very far from kl oso expensive. Last time no highway so price increase. But now with oso prices are sky high.

But u know what, the good side is, u pay more for installation and stuff but property price are not as high as kl area.
