I know this thread is old, but just need to ask:

Suasana Lumayan each unit comes with 1 parking or 2 parking lots?

The parking situation in this area is becoming worse now because of some construction going on at the Tasik Permaisuri parking opposite it.

Original comes with 1 car park only. Some owners bought additional 1 car park.

suasana lumayan or holmes one?
i saw d subsale price for suasana lumayan is 450k...
still not sure what's d subsale price for holmes one...

dont buy suasana lumyan
rubbish management, their management only know how to earn money

the money they earn, they only bother to renovate their guarhouse.
the faciliries like gym, pool and others still sucks.


management fee start from rm2xx, while the lift always rosak.

the money they collected from owner, they only bother to renovate outside of the condo or guard house only.

the internal, they give no shit.

dont buy or even rent here
