Serious, did not ask about the pricing but they said launched about 2 weeks ago only. Damn fast !!!

this project i use to call in, and SA was asking kinda of under table to help. But i didnt reply about the under table stuff.. so most probaly i was being drop out from the list...

Under table 20k. No rebate. No free snp. No nothing.

What is the capital appreciation like for the previous launches?

I think this is the last piece of high rise development by Danau Lumayan Sdn Bhd around that area. Bandar Sri Permaisuri is a very strategic area and near to KL.

How much psf? any car park? any discount or package? DIBS? Dont really see how strategic it is...can u explain more?

I m eyeing for this project for donkey years and they say haven launch a month ago and they will call those who had registered when launch...but i din rec any call...I think all sold to insider cos only 900 units but 5000 ppl registered for this project. Very strategic as it only takes 15 min to reach KL w/o traffic or maybe less. No free package except maybe free s&p fee..tats all.

V good buy at this price.

I m not sure the price since launching as i did not get any info but from previous post, it say 299,990 FOR 1142 SQFT...if this is real then it is only RM263psf cheap ? no?
