Is Suasana Lumayan..... the maintenance fee is RM.30 per sq feet....1142sq ft cost RM342.50 including sinking fund...

and we just have the first AGM, the developer totally cheat to win as they still have quite numbers of units and with the help of ppl inside mgmt office, they cheat and win to form JMB which consists of 7 person who all are their people....... BTW the company they hired for cleaner,security and mgmt are all their cronies where they collect a very high service fees and yet the service provided suck..... i bet they will do the same with this new project since the lawyer they use for Suasana already the same as urs.....

I wish those ppl just bought this one a good luck as there are ppl working for them say this will be ever worst... with low quality materials......
