Received 1 sms today from a agent said this friday 14/8 got ceremony of handover key and the maintenance fees will be RM 0.30/sqft. Any owner here can confirm this? To me the maintenance fees is kinda expansive =(

if they charge high maintenance but well-keep the environment, then the value we pay is worth. On other hand, we pay high maintenance but never keep the environment nice and look like those PPR/ flats standard, then all the fees we pay, it come out with a piece of shit and this will low down the value of the property.

Very nice environment and good location, but the small downside is slightly high density. Any owners in this forum? Can share how are the tenants there? Is there foreigners?

I saw some arabs there..but still not much people living there yet. still peaceful. and got mamak in front of the swimming pool which is great
