Kalau nak basuh pastikan mereka tidak recycle the washing cloth, if not it will cause scratches on your beloved Preve.

Dah makan minggu tak post kat sini.. Below is my current status :

1) Change bank while waiting for car
2) Sent current car for inspection for interchange purposes
3) Signed Agreement 27/6
4) Payment DP 28/6
5) Payment DP in full c/w interchange cost & NCD transfer 28/6
6) Schedule for car mod (Within Next week one day off day to settle all the mods assuming getting it next week lor)
7) Balance of fund if enough for rims.. get rims if not..sedeh..
8) Explain to wife why i purchase the car without informing her....

6/6 Received bad news Red Fire are not available no more back to first color

ya, just that need to spend time and go thru the hassle to get a reverse camera.

And see our beloved preve dashboard to be ripped apart... after reassembly maybe got more rattling noise

yalor... may have to consider wireless cam with additional lcd screen... so long as dont void the warranty.

had finally figure out how the guy manage to connect the reverse cam to the HU...

one accessories shop in taipan 1 ara damansara actually showed my bro how they did it... he uses golf GTi quadlock socket as an example, as it fits the profile as the preve HU diagram what was shared earlier... the so called "quadlock" connector for the stock preve HU already comes with the socket (the blue one as per the pic below).. if based on the preve HU wiring diagram, the socket will be connected on the "C" section... what they did is that, they get a female RCA socket (the one in red below), put 2 wire... at the end of the wire they put the metal connector (the thing below the blue connector in the picture below) and slot into the lubang to match the wiring diagram... with that... you have AV input already...



but like u said... to install the camera will involve opening up lots of stuff on the car... sure will make the owner pening one... so, no need to find the harness to connect the AV, it is easily modified actually... silly of me...

I do not mind if they ripped it apart with care.. by all means, no indication it has been ripped open after installation.. But really looking forward to it.. But i prefer to hold it for a month before i decided to 'kacau' the wiring.. If the car seems no problem.. then i'll do it..

Actually that was my choice too after discussion with her early this year.. but after considering my own interest.. Such as to have fund for my gadget, and shooping desire for the small2 stuff.. i prefer Preve.. Got goodies at a reasonable price..

simple put :
preve monthly 700
sportage/k5/crv monthly >1300
so.. almost 700 extras tooo...every month can buy gadget huhuhu

*i saw one new crv in beijing.. hurm.. i must say.. it is super nice in flesh..
