stock im not sure. i freeze it using titanium backup already.
but try to hold finger on home screen maybe can find the short cut.

this is done on the sygic gps app. when sygic app is running you don't see the notification bar at the top. but u can still make it display by doing a finger action at the top screen. the bar will then appear where u can now slide it down like normal. if u don't slide it down, after a while the notification bar will disappear again.

eh i just found this option suddenly pop out in my task manager.....is it kernel related? because i dun rmb receiving any updates as well
