no..i dont regret buying it..in fact i would recommend people to buy one..

there are only 1 way to make buying phone from telco that will make the phone cheap,your average monthly usage before this is as same as the package that u sign for the phone...if not just go and buy the phone itself..and so much people said the upfront makes the phone expensive..it actually not..please note that it will be deducted on our monthly bill ie we pay our bill in advance

hey if i would like to update a custom rom . are we suppose to back up, update then restore the data ? using the omega rom,do i just wipe the cache*s* without restoring factory default?

Lots of members with root already update their phone but mostly using kies or odin. Me still waiting for ota cause line slow this 2 days n failed to update through kies

I have one attempt before this flash using Mobile Odin.

This earlier upgrade pack already downloaded in my phone and failed the installation because of rooting. That's why have to flash using Mobile Odin. But the notification of upgrade still hunt me asking me to upgrade. Do know why

i tried kies but failed. says cannot connect to server or something.

that notification drained up my battery yesterday pretty fast.
thats the reason im going for this upgrade.

Does the notification still appear after your flash? Mine still have even thought already successfully flash to the new firmware

Cause server too busy. If ur line is fast enough then u can go to sammobile n download the latest stock Rom n flash using odin. The file size us 700++MB

when u unzip it will be 1.2gb

I think I've finally found the reason of battery drain.

Switch off ass voice wake up command

Double click on home button to open ass voice > uncheck wake up command

I reckon that with the feature on, the phone is always on the lookout for any background sound resembling a command to wake up hence the phone is on alert all the time

After I've done the above, my battery drain on night standby was only 2% compared with up to 20% previously even with all power saving mode on n other tips already listed on the first thread
