yes.. even happen when i pause my music (listen from headphone) n go watch youtube.. sound will come out from laptop speaker when i watch youtube. just disable the 2.1 thingy. because i don't have 2.1 system and i use headphone most of the time until a new driver come out may be..

mine come with new driver already

yes after gaming, the screen will become super bright.. just after gaming i have this problem... speaker i have disabled the 2.1 the built in speakers r pretty poor quality actually

did u get the right ram in the first place? if it's not a 1600 ram, it will never run at 1600mhz, otherwise change the ram slot..

just updated the bios from version 208 to 209

i don't really know what the difference because no description there.. but booting n shut down have become faster widget also loads faster. U guys try n see

i also found the graphic driver n audio driver to have the different date from the stock driver but same version from Asus website.. I have upgraded them, the audio driver really needs second reboot to function properly, my audio jack malfunction after first reboot!

Haven't tried the furmark test after graphic driver upgrade, will try later

the audio driver n ATK driver failed me...

The keyboard back light too... after the laptop wake up from sleep, it won't work anymore... aiks

just 2 issues... if asus can fix them, the laptop is perfect! n bios update really helps to boot and shut down faster!

oh ya, the brightness.. i forgot that one.. so all 3 issues

check my earlier post, no need to reformat.. very simple step

19-24 is not playable for online gaming.. best is 50-60fps.. standard should be 30fps below that, u will need to lower your graphic setting in game

follow the Easy Flash step..

1) u download the new bios 209 and move to Drive C (not in any folder), restart the laptop, press f4 when u see the ROG logo to enter bios, (F4 will bring u directly to easy flash) click update and look for the 209 update in one of the drive (note: the drive will not state C/D, it will come out in different name) but once u found the 209 update, click it, it will update automatically n shut down.

just boot the laptop again.. that's it

Ez flash is in your bios, no need to download

i use the default setting but lowered the shadow to medium.. i still have 45-50fps so far so good for me.. according to the pro gamers, best fps for BF3 shd be around 60
