Great news. It was never really "off" right? Just a bit out of radar. The owners at Mutiara Damansara must be cursing. Plus the MRT just beside their home will make it even worse (in terms of traffic, noise and air pollution

Ahh ic. noted. No wonder the price is the most expensive in DA. I wonder why SD didnt advertise or contruct other phases as GnG. Lower sales maybe?

Is this for the 1st Phase of 2storey DSL or including the 2nd phase. IIRC, they were launched 4 months apart.
