I would agree that the build quality for Aster Grove appears superior, compared to the surrounding developments like Maple and Serissa.  The And space wise, this is a huge house.  However, I'm not sure if the developer cut corners on the double storey like they did on the 3 storey, where they did not provide glass slots on the car park roof structure although it was set out in the SPA and the model.
