my friend live here n jam is SO SO BAD with 0 commercial.. Better buy in setia alam fr a more reasonable price, faster to pj & OK commercials...
If u cnt cook & work in pj/kl, be prepared to leave at 6.05 a.m. to beat the BJ or KD jam..

Don't badmouth this neighbourhood when you are not living here yourself  Using Guthrie - NKVE, I don't see any major traffic jam except the que at traffic light on the bridge exiting Denai Alam-> Guthrie, the bad jam is all due to NKVE Damansara toll exit into PJ. From Denai Alam 7.30am, at most 25-30mins will reach Damansara Toll. If you what you are looking for is commercial and shopping malls, Kota Damansara is a better place, full of entertainment malls and MRT coming up now.

I dislike the side gate and garbage containing pillar, it makes the main gate smaller. Pain in axx where u need to reverse the outer car for the inner to get out.
