QUOTE(hondaracer @ Jul 20 2013, 08:01 AM) 😳 u mean lowest price saffron hill still available is 800k? Wow! Saffron hill is 22x75 size. No, saffron sold out.none in the list that i looked at. Over 800k for remaining units from other phases. Saffron starting price just slightly lower than 700k. So, the possible way to get a new house below 800k from developer is if someone cancel their booking on saffron.I want to sell my cassia also 22x75 size 😄. But wait.... those saffron hill will go higher upon VP rite? |

QUOTE(hondaracer @ Jul 20 2013, 02:31 PM) 😎 Two 2-storey Serissa at 870k. If developer holding the unit, price will be higher according to construction status. But like i said, if someone cancel their booking and you got the unit, there will be no change to the price.Interesting... Which are the phases that have leftover at rm 800k? 💵💵🔪 Same price still at launch time?? 🔦🔦🔎🔎 |

Went to denai last tuesday to look at serissa.
From serrissa entrance, can see maple clearly. looks nice. Serissa is between fernlane and maple. Just bit weird to see an undercontruction phase between 2 completed phases. |

QUOTE(Cossie1971 @ Nov 6 2013, 02:43 PM) Occupancy rates tend to be low during the development phase of a project like DA. But tends to ramp up quickly once all developments are completed and shops and conveniences are operational. For example, Ara Damansara in 2005 was a ghost town, but today it is 100% occupied if you exclude the high end Pilmoor units, while Ara Damansara's capital appreciation has been 3 fold from launch prices. totally agree on ara. used to visit the area frequently until 2011.that time oasis was underconstruction.thought it will be an empty place.but to my surprise, during my recent visit in july this year, it is a busy town now. |

QUOTE(JasonTan0120 @ Dec 30 2013, 11:54 AM) Well, back then the salesman told me there suppose to have "stream" denai, but with small stream. it suppose to act as flood mitigation system ie direct waters from higher ground down to the catchment lake at the bottom. i think he referring to the hand rail, see attached between the track and house.having said that, i havent seen a "stream" denai and catchment lake also dry at the moment. hmmm...maybe i shd go ask the salesman again regarding the railing, ya, by right serissa also have their own surrounding railin, not yet complete i hope. QUOTE(n73photo @ Dec 31 2013, 03:09 PM) My friend receive a cukai tanah bill for his denai alam property, i think its saffron hill. Is this a norm since the property is still under construction? yes, received mine too, also underconstruction, think because the title already transferred to the purchaser. |
