hmm since the new rmbp doesnt have a kensington hole, how are we going to lock the laptop?

when i wan to buy mbp (sandy bridge) i wait for ivy bridge, now came out ivy bridge i wait for retina, at last i just can see how the tech improve but never enjoy them...i have made up my mind to buy mbp now and wait for the process... rclxms.gif

We can't keep up with the latest technology but at least we can fully utilize it when its still new....
I for one is an "early adopter"... And I believe some of use here are also "early adopters". We have to premium to be one but at least we are satisfied in what we buy.... Use to the fullest and you will never regret...

those who already own the rmbp, what is your spec ?
proc from 2.3 and 2.6 any big difference ?
8gb ram or 16gb ram ?

regarding magsafe 2, do you guys find it flimsy?
if you're placing the Mac on the bed, will it easily come off?

If the ram is upgradable later I will get my 2.6ghz with 8gb ram from Switch and I will be using it now.

rmbp ram is not upgradable, its soldered on the logic board

mobility is always the key now days , and being mobile gives you a lot of flexibility in doing your work anywhere on while you are on the move.

if you're giving such statements, why not puchase a self assembled pc?
full spec also won't cost you 3/4 of the RMBP price tongue.gif
its down to what the user wants, everyone have different needs

depends on our needs. if everything you also need except mobility, then go for desktop.
if everything oso need include mobility, go for macbook pro laptop
if only need for surfing, some document and light gaming, go for mb air
if only want mobility and social / gaming, gor for ipad ~
