You don't receive the items you bought at RMAH iirc. It takes some time to process.

It shouldn't take very long. If it does, double check your item in your Completed tab and if it's still isn't there, you might want to consider sending a ticket.

Depending on the time of purchase, if during US peak hours, it will take 5-8 hours due to surge of purchase. If during off peak hours, should be 1-3 hours. Also depending on price of items. The more expensive it is, the longer they will review the item before it goes to your completed list.

No, auction timers will always keep running even during server maintenance. So it is good to snipe some good items before maintenance.

No drop rates will still suck on elite/boss. Only fix is on the purple name uniques along the way. Currently they only drop gold coins most of the times lol. It will be on next patch for item drop rates. Already confirmed by the CM in bnet forums.
