In RMAH, when you posted a item sale, but no one buys and it expired, do blizzard charge you for a small fee? or it just the same like Gold AH, no sale, nothing charge?

not sure what you mean, as long as you are using rmah, you need authenticator, that is what i know.

i am also using rmah with my paypal but requires authenticator
