and one more thing is for certain reason you need to focus something off center and can only done via tapping the display, after focused and green light, can still use shutter button to continue to snap and the focus will hold.

here is a un-pro / totally rush test that i dumb dumb to test one... n8 x S3 x One X

S3 image have obvious different exposure. One X like close up macro shot as most of the things seems out-of-focus.

Overall, S3 is not bad, but N8 still capable of producing better detail as well as overall image quality. However most people will look at the pictures using the display of the phone taken, so................

1 x is heavily damage on lens, and i'm not sure it is so sucks like this or what because i think i focus wrong spot.

ya S3 i use macro, other wise i no touching anything.

n8 wise the WB is gone wrong, so i use cloudy WB for achieve most nearest WB see from my eye. and my custom setting for max contrast + vivid colour

SIII and 1X i actually wan custom contrast and colour mode to make it more nicer based on screen like n8 (i did open the picture in n8 to make is as near as possible shot)

guy, my 808 cant reboot la, only shown nokia logo after that cant reboot suddenly.
phone tried to boot, but cannot go past the nokia logo.
takeout battery also cant, try many times ready.

i think OS already corrupted, how to reinstall.

try press volume - + camera + menu(center) + power button for 10 sec

try but nothing happen..

the problem start after i do hard reset *#7370#..
suddenly cant reboot back after reset..
this 808 i already reset many times, just fine before.
once this,try reset then cant reboot back..
should be not happen like this

above step is correct, no 2 is very important, i also misunderstand this step.
need hold 3 button, only power button just release..even pass nokia logo still need hold 3 button.dont release.
my 808 still alive

how to turn off sound camera, some 808 under preferences got option to turn off sound..

other firmware? i cant get update to .311 via OTA or Suite, mine still .309

some region specific camera firmware has law implemented that camera shutter sound cannot be disabled, like Malaysia for example. universal firmware like Apple product doesn't have this limitation.

there is a hack to disable the sound but require rooting...

k this kinda sux.
the call volume is tied to the music player volume
