If you get the phone holder for tripod when buying 808, can use that with any camera tripod.

Maybe not don't want, I check with someone, he mentioned not every shop can get hold of the stock. So for those shop cannot get stock, will they still promote the device?

Even have the hardware, the OS need to have support for this as well. That being said, Nokia may have this feature for their in-house OS, but for other OS, that's another story.

What to do? Nokia has 2 popular devices (N9 and Pureview) but they don't want to promote, they don't even want to sell in some countries. Instead Nokia tries to shaft WP7 down their customers' throats. There is only one way for this type of company to go, DOWN.

Look at the latest Nielsen chart below. Nokia's Lumia sales in U.S. has failed dismally. WP7's market share in U.S. is only 1.3%, just twice of PalmOs which died years ago. Even WinMobile has 3% share. Instead of upgrading WinMobile users are giving WP7 the middle finger. Another curious fact is that HRC and Samsung's WP7 phones outsold Lumia despite all the huge promotion by Nokia.

i dont see the big deal of having alarm go off when phone is off.
can always set a silent profile, but alarm will still ring.

tried it on my Nokia 700.. phone off but alarm is active. COOL! (too late haha)
